Introduction and working principle of Dust Collector
Dust collector is a device that separates dust from flue gas, called dust collector or dust removal equipment. The performance of the
dust collector is expressed by the amount of gas that can be handled, the resistance loss when the gas passes through the dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency. At the same time, the price, operation and maintenance costs, service life and difficulty of operation and management of the dust collector are also important factors to consider its performance. Dust collectors are commonly used facilities in boilers and industrial production.
Working principle of
dust collector
The dust collector is mainly composed of an ash hopper, a filter chamber, a clean air chamber, a bracket, a poppet valve, a blowing and cleaning device and other parts. When working, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air duct. The large particles of dust fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the smaller dust enters the filter chamber upwards with the turning of the airflow, and is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified flue gas enters the bag and passes through the bag mouth and the clean air chamber. It enters the air outlet and is discharged from the exhaust port.
As the filtration continues, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the resistance of the equipment increases accordingly. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, the dust removal operation should be carried out to remove the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag.
Electric bag composite dust collector, electric bag dust collector, electric bag combined
dust collector;
Features:
Adopting low-pressure pulse injection technology, the cleaning efficiency is high and the energy consumption is low.
Use straight-through low-pressure pulse valves. The injection pressure is only 0.2-0.4MPa, the resistance is low, the opening and closing are fast, and the dust cleaning ability is strong. Due to the good cleaning effect and long cleaning cycle, the energy consumption of backflushing gas is reduced.
The pulse valve has long service life and good reliability.
Due to the low injection pressure (0.2-0.4MPa), the pressure on the diaphragm of the pulse valve and the impact force when opening and closing are relatively low. At the same time, due to the long dust cleaning cycle, the number of openings of the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby prolonging the service life of the pulse valve and improving the reliability of the pulse valve.
The running resistance of the equipment is small, and the blowing effect is good.
The
dust collector adopts the chamber-by-chamber pulse back-blowing off-line dust cleaning method, which avoids the phenomenon of dust being repeatedly adsorbed, improves the effect of pulse jet dust cleaning, and reduces the resistance of the bag.
The filter bag is easy to assemble and disassemble, fixed and reliable
The upper pumping method is adopted. When changing the bag, the filter bag frame is pulled out from the clean air chamber of the dust collector, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper, and taken out from the ash hopper inlet hole, which improves the bag changing environment. The filter bag is fixed on the flower plate hole by the elastic expansion ring of the bag mouth, which is firmly fixed and has good sealing performance.
The air duct adopts the arrangement of collecting pipes, and the structure is compact.
Adopt advanced PLC programmable controller to run the whole process of the
dust collector.
Using two control methods of pressure difference or timing, it has high reliability, long service life, and is convenient for users to operate and use.
