After being distributed by the gas distribution device, it continuously passes through the gaps of the packing layer in the countercurrent with the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid. On the surface of the packing, the gas and liquid phases fully contact and absorb the neutralization reaction to absorb the acidic or alkaline pollutants contained in the exhaust gas.After the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, it is dehydrated and defogged by the defogger plate, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the fan. Insoluble viscose particles and dust are discharged into the collection tank, suspended particles are discharged from the overflow port, and the collected sediment is discharged from the sewage outlet. The absorption liquid is pressurized by the water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down at the top of the tower, and finally flows back to the bottom of the tower for recycling.

3. Working principle of spray pretreatment equipment:
Dust-containing gas and black smoke exhaust enter the bottom cone bucket of the exhaust gas purification tower through the smoke pipe, and the smoke is washed by a water bath. After the black smoke, dust and other pollutants are washed by water, some dust particles move with the gas, and are combined with the impact water mist and the circulating spray water, and further fully mixed in the main body. At this time, the dust particles in the dust-containing gas are captured by water, and the dust and water are separated by centrifugation or filtration, and flow into the circulation pool through the tower wall due to gravity, and the purified gas is discharged. The sediment in the circulation pool of wastewater is regularly cleared and transported out.
