2. Working principle of RTO waste gas purification and environmental protection device
The organic waste gas is conveyed through the fan into the inlet air collector of the RTO waste gas purification environmental protection device. A three-way switching valve or switching disc valve guides the organic gas into the heat storage tank. The organic gas is gradually preheated as it passes through the regenerative ceramic bed to the combustion chamber. The pure gas after oxidation decomposition in the combustion chamber will retain heat when passing through the thermal storage ceramic bed in the thermal storage tank at the outlet. In this way, the heat storage bed at the outlet is heated and the gas is cooled. The outlet gas is only slightly warmer than the inlet gas. 3. RTO exhaust gas purification environmental protection device workflow description
Stage 1: The waste gas is preheated through the regenerative bed A, and then enters the combustion chamber. The residual untreated waste gas in the regenerative bed C is blown back into the combustion chamber for incineration (purge energy). The decomposed waste gas is discharged through the regenerative bed B, and the regenerative bed B is heated at the same time. Stage 2: The waste gas is preheated through the regenerator bed B, and then enters the combustion chamber. The residual untreated waste gas in the regenerator bed A is blown back into the combustion chamber after purification, and the decomposed waste gas is discharged through the regenerator bed C, and the regenerator bed C is heated at the same time. Stage 3: The waste gas is preheated through the regenerator bed C, and then into the combustion chamber. The residual untreated waste gas in the regenerator bed B is blown back into the combustion chamber after purification for incineration. After decomposition, the waste gas is discharged through the regenerator bed A, and the regenerator bed A is heated at the same time. In such a periodic operation, the waste gas is oxidized and decomposed in the combustion chamber, and the temperature in the combustion chamber is maintained at the set temperature (generally 800 ~ 850 ° C). When the exhaust gas concentration at the RTO inlet reaches a certain value, the heat released by VOCs oxidation can maintain the energy reserve of RTO heat storage and heat release, and then the RTO can maintain the temperature in the combustion chamber without using fuel.
