High salt concentration special electrodialysis device is developed on the basis of ordinary electrodialysis, which has many characteristics that ordinary electrodialysis does not have. In the process of high salt water treatment, the salt content in the concentrated water chamber and the fresh water chamber is very different, generally 10-20 times. At this time, the salt will diffuse from the concentrated water side to the fresh water side, and the water will permeate from the fresh water side to the concentrated water side. The ordinary electrodialyzer is not competent.

5. Adopting special flow channel mode, compared with other membrane treatment processes, it has stronger anti hardness and COD pollution performance, so it has broader water inflow conditions and more saving pretreatment investment;
6. The system has a good self-cleaning effect. Compared with the general desalination technology, it can significantly reduce the consumption of chemical agents, and at the same time, it can avoid or reduce the addition of acid or scale inhibitor to the wastewater;
7. The whole system is fully automatic control, basically without manual operation, and the system has high stability.
The electrodialysis system is designed with continuous concentration technology to ensure high efficiency concentration and continuous and stable operation. During the operation of the system, parameters such as pressure, flow, pH, current and voltage are optimized to ensure high concentration multiple, short concentration time, improve current efficiency, and ensure less consumption of tap water or pure water.
It is unrealistic that the membrane element of membrane separation device is not polluted. After use, organic additives, colloids, suspended solids, secondary pollutants generated in the pretreatment process, calcium, magnesium ions and organic matters in the water will pollute the membrane, resulting in the rise of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the membrane, the decrease of the treatment capacity and the decrease of the concentration rate. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the membrane, it is necessary to set up a chemical cleaning system. When the membrane is polluted, prepare a specific cleaning solution to remove the pollutants in the membrane and restore the performance of the membrane as much as possible.
